Gazette or the GazettE (ガゼット, Gazetto?), is an indies Japanese rock band of the visual kei variety. The band was formed in early 2002 and is currently signed to PS Company, a notable production company that has also served the likes of 雅-miyavi-, alice nine., and Kagrra,. To many non-fans, they're compared to Dir en grey, but in actuality the bands do not sound the same. However during an interview in the magazine FOOL's MATE, most members have cited Luna Sea along with X Japan to be one of their favorite and most respected bands.
